Emotional Breakdowns
So, ever since school started, I’ve probably had 5-6 breakdowns. I’m looming to seven. What I've come to realise;
I don’t really need to be stressing over school so much.
Today we had a mental health day at school, and we had this test to test our stress, anxiety and depression levels. I’m fairly average and normal with anxiety and depression but my score for stress was severe stress! CRAP.
My after school plan doesn’t necessarily require an ATAR so to speak, but I’m getting one...
